Award Summary definition

Award Summary means a written summary setting forth the terms and conditions of each Award made under this Plan.

Award Summary is a separate document, posted to GEMS or any other applicable Human Resources information system, that provides for the effective date hereof (the “Date of Grant”), the applicable number of Performance Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant hereto, and the value of a share of Common Stock on the Date of Grant (the “Share Base Price”). The Award Summary is incorporated herein in its entirety.

Award Summary means the award summary delivered by the Administrator to each Non-Employee Director upon grant of an Option under the Plan.

• This Award Agreement and the Award Summary are subject to the provisions of the Plan, and shall be interpreted in accordance therewith.
