Basis of Design Documents definition

Basis of Design Documents means those preliminary drawings, concept design drawings, technical requirements, performance requirements, project criteria, or other documents that are (i) included in the Contract Documents, and (ii) serve as the basis or starting point for design services to be performed by Contractor, if any.
Basis of Design Documents means the drawings, specifications and other materials listed in Exhibit D and any other criteria requirements or other similar materials provided to the Contractor, including without limitation the City’s RFQ, RFP, and related supporting materials and attachments thereto.
Basis of Design Documents means the documentation that serve as the basis for the design document submitted under this Agreement, including the 60% complete drawings based on the Owner’s Project Criteria and Scope of Work, in each case, as modified in accordance with this Agreement.

Examples of Basis of Design Documents in a sentence

  • Interim design submissions shall be consistent with the Basis of Design Documents, as the Basis of Design Documents may have been changed through the design process.

  • Owner/DES shall collaborate with the Design-Builder in development of Basis of Design Documents.

  • Basis of Design Documents pursuant to Section 2.04 of Attachment B; 5.

  • As Design Builder develops the Basis of Design Documents, Design Builder shall collaborate with the Owner/DES to submit and review the Preliminary Design Materials that will be incorporated into the Basis of Design Documents.

  • Upon completion of the Phase 1 Services and any other Basis of Design Documents upon which the parties may agree, Design-Builder shall submit a proposal to Owner (the “Proposal”) for the completion of the design and construction for the Project for the Contract Price, which may be based on Lump Sum.

  • Design-Build Subcontractor shall identify during each such meeting, among other things, the evolution of the design and any changes or deviations from the Contract Documents, including the Basis of Design Documents, or, if applicable, previously submitted design submissions.

  • Interim design submissions shall be consistent with the Basis of Design Documents as the Basis of Design Documents may have been modified in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Related to Basis of Design Documents

  • State of Design means the State having jurisdiction over the organisation responsible for the type design of an aircraft or aircraft engine;

  • Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Series B Certificate of Designations means the certificate of designations establishing the terms of the Series B Preferred Stock.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Series A Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations of Series A Preferred Stock of the Company.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Series B Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of Series B Cumulative Convertible Preferred Shares of the Company as in effect on the date hereof.

  • Series A Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation of Series A Cumulative Convertible Preferred Shares of the Company as in effect on the date hereof.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted with respect to the grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Time of Determination means the time and date of the earlier of (i) the determination of stockholders entitled to receive rights, warrants or options or a distribution, in each case, to which Section 11.07 or 11.08 applies and (ii) the time ("Ex-Dividend Time") immediately prior to the commencement of "ex-dividend" trading for such rights, warrants or options or distribution on the New York Stock Exchange or such other national or regional exchange or market on which the Common Stock is then listed or quoted.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Construction Agreement means the proposed building agreement between the Company and a proposed builder substantially in the form of the draft agreement a copy of which has been signed on behalf of the Authority and the Company for the purposes of identification;

  • Construction Agreements means agreements to which Tenant is a party for Construction Work, rehabilitation, alteration, repair, replacement or demolition performed pursuant to this Lease.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Substantive document means a document or other information or data in electronic media determined by the comptroller to substan- tially involve or include information or data significant to an applica- tion, the evaluation or consideration of an application, or the agree- ment or implementation of an agreement for limitation of appraised value pursuant to Tax Code Chapter 313. The term includes, but is not limited to, any application requesting a limitation on appraised value and any amendments or supplements, any economic impact evaluation made in connection with an application, any agreement between applicant and the district and any subsequent amend- ments or assignments, any district written finding or report filed with the comptroller as required under 34 Administrative Code Chapter 9, Subchapter F; and any completed annual eligibility re- port (Form 50-772A) submitted to the comptroller.   • DIP Documents means the DIP ABL Documents and the DIP Term Loan Documents.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Articles of Amendment means the Articles of Amendment relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • L/C Amendment Application means an application form for amendment of outstanding Letters of Credit as shall at any time be in use at the Issuing Bank, as the Issuing Bank shall request.
