Basis of Design Documents definition

Basis of Design Documents means those preliminary drawings, concept design drawings, technical requirements, performance requirements, project criteria, or other documents that are (i) included in the Contract Documents, and (ii) serve as the basis or starting point for design services to be performed by Contractor, if any.
Basis of Design Documents means the drawings, specifications and other materials listed in Exhibit D and any other criteria requirements or other similar materials provided to the Contractor, including without limitation the City’s RFQ, RFP, and related supporting materials and attachments thereto.
Basis of Design Documents means the documentation that serve as the basis for the design document submitted under this Agreement, including the 60% complete drawings based on the Owner’s Project Criteria and Scope of Work, in each case, as modified in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Upon completion of the 60% design portion of the Phase 1 Services and any other Basis of Design Documents upon which the parties may agree, Design-Builder shall submit a proposal to Owner (the "Phase 2 Price Proposal") for the completion of the design and construction for the Project for the Contract Price, which shall be based on Lump Sum, which shall consist of a Sub-Project Lump Sum for each Sub-Project“.

Related to Basis of Design Documents

  • Certificate of Designation means the Certificate of Designation to be filed prior to the Closing by the Company with the Secretary of State of Delaware, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Certificate of Designations means the Certificate of Designations or comparable instrument relating to the Designated Preferred Stock, of which these Standard Provisions form a part, as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

  • Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.

  • RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:

  • Subproject Agreement means any of the agreements referred to in Section 3.07 of this Agreement; and

  • Design Documentation means all schematics and test, assembly and package documentation relating to the Product, including all design, specification and assembly documentation and data files for Materials, which is necessary for the production, manufacture, qualification, testing and delivery of the Product to be attached as Exhibit A.
