Bonus Multiplier definition

Bonus Multiplier means the quotient determined by dividing the total number of months in which Executive performed services for the Company during the calendar year in which Executive’s Termination Date occurs divided by twelve (12).
Bonus Multiplier means the quotient obtained by dividing the number of full months that the Executive is employed by the Company or an Affiliate in the calendar year of a Covered Termination by twelve (12).
