Branding Materials definition

Branding Materials means those trademarks, logos, artworks, photographic images and other visualor audio materials provided by the Customer to Company for incorporation into the Software.
Branding Materials means Mogo’s marketing materials, including for each Campaign, the seed package setting out the creative concepts for the Campaign, the design, content and artwork for promotional pieces to be used for the Campaign and all other logos, branding and media designs.
Branding Materials means inventory and other certain items used by Fortress related to the Sponsorship Rights granted under this Agreement to support the brand exposure of Fortress at events more fully outlined in this Agreement.

Examples of Branding Materials in a sentence

  • Distributor shall advertise, promote and label the products with Company's name and trademarks ("Branding Materials").

  • StarMedia warrants and represents to CP that StarMedia has full power and authority to provide to CP, and to authorize CP's use of, the Branding Materials provided by StarMedia for branding the Web Mail Page, and agrees to defend and indemnify CP with respect to any claims arising from CP's use of such Branding Materials.

  • NSI shall retain all Proprietary Rights it may have in and to the Branding Materials.


More Definitions of Branding Materials

Branding Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(m) of this Agreement.
Branding Materials means inventory and other certain items used by F&M related to the Naming Rights granted under this Agreement to support the brand exposure of F&M at events more fully outlined in this Agreement.
Branding Materials means those trademarks, logos, artworks, photographic images and other visual or audio materials provided by the Customer to Litera for incorporation into the Software which shall be deemed to be construed as Customer Data (defined in the Agreement).

Related to Branding Materials

  • Advertising Materials means any advertising, marketing, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials relating to or concerning the Licensed Products, or any other advertising, merchandising, promotional, public relations (including press releases) and display materials depicting any of the Licensed Trademarks.

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning given to it in NI 41-101;

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.
