Building Areas definition

Building Areas means that portion of a lot which may be occupied by buildings. For purposes of this sub-section, buildings shall be measured to the outermost limit of any portion of the building, including but not limited to any projecting overhang of the roof excluding the first two feet. Building Areas of the Center shall mean Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 to the extent not used as Common Areas. Canopies of the buildings in the Center may encroach from the Building Areas over the Common Areas provided the canopies do not interfere with the use of the Common Areas. The Site Plan is tentative and buildings constructed within any Building Area on any Lot may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the owner of such Lot, subject to the prior written approval of Developer.
Building Areas means the areas identified on Exhibit A as Building Area 1, Building Area 2, Roof Top Area and Open Area, and shall at all times include that Area of the Building which contains the Premises.

More Definitions of Building Areas

Building Areas means those portions within each Lot that lie within the footprint of each building structure, together with enclosed areas, loading facilities, patio areas, drive-through or drive-up facilities, fueling areas, canopies, trash enclosures, storage areas, and/or other building improvements and facilities not installed for common use and placed upon such Lot in accordance with applicable County approval, the Development Easements and Agreements and this Declaration.
Building Areas. The areas so designated on the Site Plan.
Building Areas. All areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Building and interior utility raceways within the Premises that are provided and designated by the Landlord from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Landlord, Tenant and other tenants of the Building and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including, without limitation, trash areas, roadways, sidewalks, walkways, landscaped areas, irrigation systems, lighting facilities, fences, gates, elevators, roof, common entrances, common areas within the Building, common pipes, conduits, wires and appurtenant equipment serving the Premises, exterior signs, Tenant directories, fire detection systems, sprinkler systems, security systems, and the parking facilities for the Building. Landlord has the right to change the Common Building Areas and to take other actions respecting these areas in accordance with Section 2.05 below.
Building Areas. Those portions of each Parcel on which Buildings are from time to time located.
Building Areas as used herein shall mean those portions of the Shopping Center shown on EXHIBIT A-2 as "Building Area". Canopies may encroach from the Building Areas over the Common Areas provided the canopies do not interfere with the use of the Common Areas.
Building Areas means the areas of the Shopping Center within which Stores (which for the purpose of this Declaration shall include any appurtenant canopies, supports, loading docks, truck docks, turn- around loading delivery areas or the portions of truck ramps serving any Store, and other outward extensions, as well as attached trash compactors and utility transformers) and any Outdoor Sales Area may be constructed, placed, or located; such areas being the Developer’s Parcels.

Related to Building Areas

  • Building Area means the greatest horizontal area of a building within the outside surface of the exterior walls.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

  • Leased Premises means the Leased Premises as defined in Paragraph 1.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Building Project means the aggregate combined parcel of land on a portion of which are the improvements of which the Premises form a part, with all the improvements thereon, said improvements being a part of the block and lot for tax purposes which are applicable to the aforesaid land.

  • Rentable Area of the Premises The amount of square footage set forth in Section 1.01(10).

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • Building Drain means that part of the lowest horizontal piping of a drainage system which receives the discharge from soil, waste, and other drainage pipes inside the walls of the building and conveys it to the building sewer, beginning five (5) feet (1.5 meters) outside the inner face of the building wall.

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.

  • Building Systems means any electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, sprinkler, life safety or security systems serving the Building.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.
