Campaign Term definition

Campaign Term means the period of time from the date on which a Campaign is mailed until a date eighty (80) months from such date. As to any Customer existing on the Effective Date, the Campaign Terms shall be deemed to have commenced on the date such Customer became a borrower under a Rescheduled Loan subject to processing by Aegis and shall end eighty (80) months thereafter.
Campaign Term means the period of time starting and ending on the dates set out in Programmatic Marketing Services Annex to the Order Form. “CTV Advertising” means ads displayed on connected television or on any other device connected to the internet.
Campaign Term. The Campaign will re-launch in September 2022, and continue through June 30, 2026 (“Campaign Term”). Any extension of the Campaign Term will be communicated to all participants in writing. Ownership and Use of USOPC Marks: The USOPC owns and controls all right, title and interest in the USOPC Marks. Participant cannot use the USOPC Marks in any way that is unrelated to the Campaign or in a manner not in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the Activation Guidelines. All Participant uses of the USOPC Marks will inure to the benefit of the USOPC. This Agreement is personal to Participant and cannot be transferred, sublicensed or assigned by the Participant to any third party or successor, other than as permitted under these Terms of Participation, without the USOPC’s prior express written approval. Participants may not share marks with third-parties, including athletes, without prior approval. All decisions of the USOPC are final and binding. Once a registration is approved, Participant will be provided the requested logo lockups; How a Participant may use the logo lockups which may include the OMH Marks, PMH Marks, OMH/PMH Marks and/or the USOPC emblem (the “Locked Logos”) is governed by this Agreement and the Activation Guidelines.

Examples of Campaign Term in a sentence

  • If the Advertiser enters into a new contract with INN after the end of the Campaign Term, that contract will have new inventory and will not include inventory that has expired.

  • Campaigns that are paused for more than 30 days over the Campaign Term will be extended by half of the number of paused days to the end of the original campaign expiry date.

  • If either party cancels the Campaign element of the Order Form with thirty (30) days’ notice in accordance with this paragraph, Customer shall only be liable to pay for the Programmatic Marketing Service provided from commencement of the Campaign Term up until the date of termination.

  • Either party may cancel the Campaign element of any Order Form with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice during the Campaign Term, unless the Campaign or any element thereof is designated as non-cancellable on the applicable Order Form.

  • If Customer wishes to postpone or extend the Campaign Term, Spirable shall consider such a request in good faith but shall have no obligation to consent to such postponement or extension.

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).
