Card Servicer definition

Card Servicer or “Servicer” means Cliq®, who provides the servicing of the Card Program and is a party to this Agreement with you. (7) The “Issuer” means Stride Bank N.A., an FDIC insured member institution.
Card Servicer means PayForward, which functions as a Prepaid Card distributor and servicer on behalf of the Bank. These Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions provided to you electronically are considered “in writing” and are available to you in a form that you can keep. Please read these Terms carefully before creating, activating, or using your Wallet to maintain a digital version of your Prepaid Card within the Wallet. The storage and usage of the digital version of your Prepaid Card when using the Wallet are subject to the terms and conditions found within the cardholder agreement of your Prepaid Card and deposit account as well as the following Terms of Service. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not create, activate, download, or use the Wallet.

  • In connection with customer purchases financed under an extended financing program with certain third party financiers (Card Servicers), the Card Servicer pays the Company an amount equal to the total amount of such purchases, net of a non-refundable financing fee as well as an interest bearing holdback of 15% (to be released upon ultimate collection) of certain amounts financed with recourse under the program.

  • The Card Servicer may, without prior notice or liability, discontinue or change any aspect of the App.

  • Neither the Bank nor the Card Servicer are the provider of the Wallet and are not responsible for providing the Wallet service to you.

  • Occasionally, the Bank or Card Servicer may need to provide you information regarding your Prepaid Card that is linked to your Wallet.

  • Nothing in these Terms is intended to supersede, replace, or otherwise modify any cardholder or other agreement you may have with the Bank or Card Servicer.

  • The Bank or Card Servicer does not warrant or guarantee that the Wallet service will operate without disruption, errors, or interruptions, or that it will be accessible or available at all times.

Related to Card Servicer

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Interim Servicer The servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, or its successor in interest, or any successor to the Interim Servicer under the Interim Servicing Agreement, as therein provided.

  • Other Servicer The applicable other “master servicer” under an Other Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to a Serviced Companion Loan.

  • Card Services means the services that can be availed of using your Card.

  • Sub-Servicer Any Person with which the Master Servicer has entered into a Sub-Servicing Agreement and which meets the qualifications of a Sub-Servicer pursuant to Section 3.02.

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • The Servicer s resignation pursuant to Section 7.5 or upon the Servicer's receipt of notice of termination as Servicer pursuant to Section 8.1(a), the Indenture Trustee (or an Affiliate of the Indenture Trustee that is an Eligible Servicer appointed by the Indenture Trustee) shall be the successor in all respects to the Servicer in its capacity as Servicer under this Agreement (provided that neither the Indenture Trustee nor any other successor Servicer shall have any obligation, but may elect, to make available to an Obligor any refinancing of a Last Scheduled Payment in the manner specified in the last sentence of Section 3.2(e) hereof), and shall be subject to all the responsibilities, duties and liabilities relating thereto placed on the Servicer by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. As compensation therefor, the Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to such compensation (whether payable out of the Collection Account or otherwise) as the Servicer would have been entitled to under this Agreement if no such notice of termination or resignation had been given, except that all collections shall be deposited in the Collection Account within two Business Days of receipt and shall not be retained by the Servicer. Notwithstanding the above, the Indenture Trustee may, if it shall be unwilling so to act, or shall, if it is legally unable so to act, appoint, or petition a court of competent jurisdiction to appoint, an Eligible Servicer as the successor to the terminated Servicer under this Agreement. In connection with such appointment, the Indenture Trustee may make such arrangements for the compensation of such successor Servicer out of payments on Receivables as it and such successor shall agree, which, in no event, shall be greater than that payable to MMCA as Servicer hereunder. The Indenture Trustee and such successor shall take such action, consistent with this Agreement, as shall be necessary to effectuate any such succession including, but not limited to, making arrangements in respect of the last sentence of Section 3.2(e) of this Agreement. The Indenture Trustee shall not be relieved of its duties as successor Servicer under this Section 8.2 until a newly appointed Servicer shall have assumed the responsibilities and obligations of the terminated Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Replacement Servicer has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.01(c).

  • Lead Servicer means the master servicer designated under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Special Servicer means the applicable special servicer with respect to the Mortgage Loan appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Collateral Custodian means U.S. Bank National Association, solely in its capacity as collateral custodian, together with its successors and permitted assigns in such capacity.

  • Back-Up Servicer means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association and its permitted successors and assigns, as provided in the Indenture.

  • Prior Servicer Any prior servicer (other than the Servicer) of any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Collection Agent means at any time the Person then authorized pursuant to Section 6.01 to service, administer and collect Transferred Receivables.

  • Servicers Wells Fargo Bank, as a Servicer under the related Servicing Agreement. Xxxtially the servicing functions performed by Wells Fargo Bank shall be performed by the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage xxxxxion of Wells Fargo Bank.

  • Successor Servicer has the meaning specified in Section 3.07(e) of the Indenture.

  • Servicing Agent means, with respect to an eNote, the field entitled, “Servicing Agent” in the MERS eRegistry.

  • Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Repo Custodian shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Backup Servicer means Wxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, in its capacity as Backup Servicer under this Agreement.

  • Document Custodian means the Custodian when acting in the role of a document custodian hereunder.

  • Lead Depositor means the Depositor under the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Primary Servicer Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., or any successor thereto (as primary servicer) appointed as provided in the Primary Servicing Agreement.

  • GMAC GMAC Mortgage Corporation and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as Servicer of the GMAC Mortgage Loans.

  • Card Issuer means the financial institution or company which has provided a Card to a Cardholder.
