CenturyLink Materials definition

CenturyLink Materials means all content, software, source code or other programming material owned by CenturyLink or its suppliers and used in the development, display or running of a Web site.
CenturyLink Materials means all software, source code or other programming material owned, developed or modified by CenturyLink or its suppliers and all graphics, text or other information or content materials supplied by CenturyLink or its suppliers used in the development, display or running of Customer’s Web site, or incorporated into Customer’s Web site. CenturyLink or its supplier is the owner of all CenturyLink Materials.

Examples of CenturyLink Materials in a sentence

  • You may only use the CenturyLink Materials in association with your Web site, and only during the term of this Agreement.

  • All rights to the CenturyLink Materials, Third-Party Materials and Background Technology not expressly granted to you hereunder are retained by CenturyLink.

  • You may not duplicate or distribute any CenturyLink Materials, Third-Party Materials or Background Technology to any third party without the prior written consent of CenturyLink.

  • CenturyLink reserves the right to provide CenturyLink Materials, Third- Party Materials and Background Technology to other CenturyLink customers for development of other Web sites.

  • All ownership and proprietary rights in the CenturyLink Materials, Third-Party Materials, and Background Technology remain at all times with the respective owner thereof, and nothing herein transfers or assigns any rights or interest therein except the licenses granted thereto.

  • Subject to these Design Terms, CenturyLink hereby grants you a perpetual, nonexclusive license to copy, distribute, transmit, display and perform any and all CenturyLink Materials, Third-Party Materials, and Background Technology that is incorporated into your Web site, in whole or in part, solely as necessary for you to operate, maintain, and make the Web site available in the normal course of your business.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to reverse-engineer, reverse-assemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code of the CenturyLink Materials, Third-Party Materials or Background Technology, except as allowed by law.

Related to CenturyLink Materials

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Packaging Materials means art and mechanical formats for a Software Title including the retail packaging, end user instruction manual with end user license agreement and warranties, end user warnings, FPU media label, and any promotional inserts and other materials that are to be included in the retail packaging.

  • Company Materials has the meaning specified in Section 6.02.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Third Party Materials means materials and information, in any form or medium, including any software, documents, data, content, specifications, products, equipment or components of or relating to the Services that are not proprietary to NCIT.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning given in clause 8.1(h).

  • Goods/Materials means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Shareholder Materials means the Fund’s prospectus, statement of additional information and any other materials relating to the Fund provided to Fund shareholders by the Fund.

  • Biological Materials means certain tangible biological materials that are necessary for the effective exercise of the Patent Rights, which materials are described on Exhibit A, as well as tangible materials that are routinely produced through use of the original materials, including, for example, any progeny derived from a cell line, monoclonal antibodies produced by hybridoma cells, DNA or RNA replicated from isolated DNA or RNA, recombinant proteins produced through use of isolated DNA or RNA, and substances routinely purified from a source material included in the original materials (such as recombinant proteins isolated from a cell extract or supernatant by non-proprietary affinity purification methods). These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • LSI means Large Scale Industry

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Materials means things of all kinds (other than Plant) to be supplied and incorporated in the Works by the Contractor.
