Charges & Fees definition

Charges & Fees means all the charges and fees set by the Bank for the issuance, usage and/or renewal of the Prepaid Card as mentioned in details in Clause (3) of this Agreement and its amendments from time to time.
Charges & Fees. When you authorize an Online Payment, your bank may assess its customary per-check or item-handling charge, if any. You also agree to pay us a service charge for each dishonored check or draft to reimburse us for any costs of collection, as permitted by applicable law. Your bank may also assess its customary charge for such items.
Charges & Fees includes all charges and fees, revenue payable by the Concessionaire to the Concessioning Authority, pursuant to Article 9 hereof.

  • Each time the Cooperative makes an actual trip to collect a delinquent bill (or collect on a check not paid and returned by the Member’s financial institution); the Cooperative may charge a fee as established in the Schedule of Charges & Fees.

Expenses also shall include Expenses incurred in connection with any appeal resulting from any Proceeding (as defined below), including without limitation the principal, premium, security for, and other costs relating to any cost bond, supersedeas bond, or other appeal bond or its equivalent. Expenses, however, shall not include amounts paid in settlement by Indemnitee or the amount of judgments or fines against Indemnitee.

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Costs means, with respect to the Non-Defaulting Party, brokerage fees, commissions, legal expenses and other similar third party transaction costs and expenses reasonably incurred by such Party in entering into any new arrangement which replaces this Agreement.

  • Charges shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.09.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Finance Charges means, with respect to a Contract, any finance, interest, late payment charges or similar charges owing by an Obligor pursuant to such Contract.
