Collective Bargaining Team definition

Collective Bargaining Team means those persons appointed or elected by the Laredo Police Officers Association and the City of Laredo to represent it in matters of labor negotiations.
Collective Bargaining Team means a group of at least two (2), but not more than five (5), individuals selected respectively, by the (1) Superintendent to represent the interests of the School Board in Collective Bargaining and (2) an Exclusive Bargaining Representative to represent the interests of a Bargaining Unit in Collective Bargaining. Once a Collective Bargaining Team has been designated, its composition may not change unless a member resigns or is removed from the Collective Bargaining Team, terminates employment, or is medically incapacitated.
