Collective Bargaining Team definition

Collective Bargaining Team means those persons appointed or elected by the Laredo Police Officers Association and the City of Laredo to represent it in matters of labor negotiations.
Collective Bargaining Team means a group of at least two, but not more than five, individuals selected by the School Board or an Exclusive Representative to represent its interests in Collective Bargaining. At least one member of each Collective Bargaining Team shall have prior experience as a participant in collective bargaining negotiations. Once a Collective Bargaining Team has been designated, its composition may not change unless a member resigns from the Team, terminates employment, or is medically incapacitated.
