Committee Representatives definition

Committee Representatives means all of such individuals, collectively.
Committee Representatives means the person(s) so designated on Schedule B-2 hereto or any other person designated in a writing signed by the Committee and delivered to Escrow Agent and the other Parties in accordance with the notice provisions of this Escrow Agreement, to act as the Committee’s representative(s) under this Escrow Agreement.

  • Trustee Representatives has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
