Common Use Facilities definition

Common Use Facilities means structures or areas other than sleeping or living quarters designed to be used by camp occu- pants not members of the same family.

Common Use Facilities means the facilities at the Airport which are made available by DIAL to Airport Users including the outbound baggage handling system, the inbound baggage handling system, air bridges, boarding gates, the common use and kerbside checkin counters, the domestic baggage claim facility, the international baggage claim facility, the Flight Information Display System (FIDS), the public address and paging system, the utilities and the computer terminals, software, hardware, counter space and others facilities specified in Schedule 4 to these Conditions of Use.

Common Use Facilities means those facilities within the Terminal including Common Use Gates and Common Use Ticket Counters that are made available by the Port to Operator and to one or more other Air Carriers.

Examples of Common Use Facilities in a sentence

• The Port shall establish a Common Use Facilities Advisory Committee (“Committee”), composed of representatives designated by the Port and representatives of the Signatory Airlines designated by the AAAC.

• The Allottee/s agrees and covenants that the Promoter or any agency appointed by the Promoter for the maintenance of the common areas of the Schedule 'A' Property will have the exclusive right to erect and display in common spaces, advertising and signage generally within the Common Use Facilities.

• Distribution Common Use Facilities are located at Distribution-Owned Substations and are owned by the Local Distribution Company.

• This Agreement shall continue with respect to such Common Use Facilities which are not specifically terminated by delivery of a Cessation Notice until such time as a Cessation Notice is delivered with respect to any remaining Common Use Facilities.

• The right to access and use the Temporary Common Use Facilities shall terminate on the earlier of (i) September 30, 2006, or (ii) the date of completion of the planned separation for each such facility.

More Definitions of Common Use Facilities

Common Use Facilities means those shared areas and facilities within the Master Community designated as “Common Use Facilities” by the Master Developer from time to time as more particularly described in the Master Community Declaration;

Common Use Facilities means any City owned or controlled facilities including but not limited to ticket counters, baggage make-up, baggage claim, gate areas and aprons, holding rooms and loading bridges used for providing services to the traveling public (also referred to herein as “Common Use Space”), unless such space or spaces are specifically included in an airline’s exclusive use space in the Current Terminal.

Common Use Facilities means those areas and facilities including, but not limited to, baggage areas, federal inspection services, gates, ramp areas, holdrooms, loading bridges and check-in counters and any equipment associated with these areas and facilities in the Airport,

Common Use Facilities means the public portions of the terminal building, runways, landing areas, taxiways, aprons, roadways, runway lights, signals, and other operating aids of the Airport and all navigation or flight easements now or hereafter granted or reserved for the benefit of the Town and such other areas of the Airport provided and developed by the Town for public aviation use as the Town may from time to time make available or designate as common use facilities.

Common Use Facilities means all open areas, services, facilities, roads, pedestrian walkways, pavements, gardens, utility and administrative buildings or areas, installations, power transformers, water storage facilities, firefighting facilities, improvements and other common assets of the Master Community that are intended for use by all Occupiers and that do not form part of the title of any Property or Unit but are the residual lands and improvements owned by the Landlord;

Common Use Facilities means those areas and facilities including, but not limited to, baggage areas, federal inspection services, gates, ramp areas, holdrooms, loading bridges and check-in counters and any equipment associated with these areas and facilities in the Airport, which may be furnished or designated by the Commission for use by more than one Air Carrier or tenant.
