Company Data Room definition

Company Data Room means the material contained in the virtual data room as of 12:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the date of this Agreement, the index of documents of which is appended to the Company Disclosure Letter.

Company Data Room means the material contained in the virtual data room established by the Company as at 5:00 p.m. on January 13, 2021, the index of documents of which is appended to the Company Disclosure Letter.

More Definitions of Company Data Room

Company Data Room means the electronic data room hosted by the Company at InterOil Cxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx as of July 15, 2016 9:00 p.m. New York time, which shall be deemed to include the documents set forth on Schedule A to the Company Disclosure Letter;

Company Data Room means the Toppan HIVE virtual data room established in connection with this transaction.
