Company User Data definition

Company User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of any Acquired Company from users of any Company Software;
Company User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of any Acquired Company from users of any Company Software; (ix) “Copyrights” means all works of authorship (whether or not copyrightable), moral rights, U.S. and non-U.S. registered and unregistered copyrights and mask works in both published works and unpublished works of authorship, and pending applications to register the same, and all copyrightable subject matter; (x) “Domain Names” means all rights in internet web sites and internet domain names; (xi) “Intellectual Property” means collectively Patents, Trademarks, Domain Names, Copyrights and Know-How; (xii) “Know-How” means confidential or proprietary information, know how, trade secrets, customer lists, technical information, research and development, data, processes, formulas, algorithms, methods, trading systems, processes and technology; (xiii) “Open Source Code” means any software code or other material that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed under a similar licensing or distribution model. Company User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company from users of any Company Product or website of the Company, and “Company Privacy Policy” shall mean any external or internal, past or present privacy policy of the Company, including any policy relating to: (A) the privacy of users of any Company Product or of any website of the Company, (B) the collection, storage, disclosure, and transfer of any Company User Data or Personal Data, or (C) any Employee information.

More Definitions of Company User Data

Company User Data means User Data collected by Company in connection with Queries entered in a Search Access Point on any Company-branded Default Search Homepage or New Tab or Company Partner-branded Default Search Homepage or New Tab identified on Exhibit 5, which is owned or operated by Company or Company Partner.

Related to Company User Data

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.

  • Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain a provisional Authority to Operate (ATO) at the Moderate Level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Joint Authorization Board (JAB) or Federal Agency for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract. For the term of this Contract, Contractor will maintain an ISO 27001 Certification for any and all Cloud Services provided under this Contract.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Service usage data of CLEC’s Customer, measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units or otherwise, that is recorded by CenturyLink AMA equipment and forwarded to CLEC.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • computer data means any representation of facts, information or concepts in a form suitable for processing in a computer system, including a program suitable to cause a computer system to perform a function;

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.
