Comparator Information definition

Comparator Information means information about the Comparator’s terms and conditions of employment relating to pay, , the duration of working time, night work, rest periods, rest breaks, and annual leave (as further defined in regulation 6 of the Agency Workers Regulations);
Comparator Information. “Comparator means the information notified by the Supplier to the Customer from time to time in writing (if any) comprising information of a commercially sensitive nature relating to the Supplier, its IPR or its business or which the Supplier has indicated to the Customer that, if disclosed by the Customer, would cause the Supplier significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss, provided that any such information which is Contract Information provided to OGC pursuant to clause 8 shall not be treated as commercially sensitive; means an individual who is a permanent employee of the Customer engaged in the same or broadly similar work having regard, where relevant, to whether they have a similar level of qualifications or skills and are based at the same location and within the same Customer department; means the information on the Customer’s employees basic pay, overtime payments, shift and unsocial allowance payments, payments for and including annual leave; means the rate of pay comparable to the Customer’s Comparator’s employee rate of pay which will be paid Rate” to the Contractor if and when s/he completes the Qualifying Period. Such rate will include [hourly rate]/[basic pay] (if applicable), bonus payments (if applicable), commission (if applicable), overtime payments, holiday pay or other emoluments subject to any deductions as required by Law;
Comparator Information has the same meaning as it is given in Regulation 6 of the AWR;

You agree and acknowledge that we shall have no responsibility or liability or control over any ERP Provider’s disclosure, use or handling of Your Information.3.5 Use of the ERP Linked Services.(a) To use the ERP Linked Services, you must be a subscriber of the ERP Platform or have a valid licence from the ERP Provider to use its ERP Platform. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs associated with your subscription to or licence of the ERP Platform and any infrastructure (including without limitation any equipment, software, network or communication facilities) required to support your use of the ERP Platform. We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Health care information means any information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium that identi- fies or can readily be associated with the identity of, and relates to the health care of, a patient or client.

  • Student Personal Information means information collected through a school service that personally identifies an individual student or other information collected and maintained about an individual student that is linked to information that identifies an individual student, as identified by Washington Compact Provision 28A.604.010. For purposes of this DPA, Student Personal Information is referred to as Student Data.

  • Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.

  • Confidential commercial information means records provided to the govern- ment by a submitter that arguably contain material exempt from release under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 552(b)(4), be- cause disclosure could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competi- tive harm.

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Covered contractor information system means an information system that is owned or operated by a contractor that processes, stores, or transmits Federal contract information.

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Derived Information means such written information regarding the Notes as is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor, which information is not any of (A) Issuer Information, (B) Prepricing Information or (C) contained in the Registration Statement, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Ratings Free Writing Prospectus or the Prospectus or any amendment or supplement to any of them, taking into account information incorporated therein by reference (other than information incorporated by reference from any information regarding the Notes that is disseminated by any Underwriter to a potential investor); and
