Complex Common Areas definition

Complex Common Areas means with respect to the Complex, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Part II of Clause 48which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Allottees of the Units in the Complex;
Complex Common Areas means all of the areas in and around the building(s) comprising the Complex which are designated by Landlord as being available for common use by or the common benefit of all tenants of the Complex, subject to such commercially reasonable access restrictions which Landlord may impose, including, without limitation, the Complex Garages (hereinafter defined); any exterior parking areas located at and being a part of the Complex; any Complex common parking spaces; any Complex annexes and/or common terraces; landscaped areas of the Land; any Complex common loading and unloading areas; any common facilities which are designated for the use of tenants of the Complex; and the Land and the roadways and sidewalks located adjacent to the building(s) in the Complex.
Complex Common Areas means the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule 12 which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the PurchaserPurchasers;

Examples of Complex Common Areas in a sentence

  • Landlord shall indemnify, defend, protect and hold Tenant harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, proceedings, damages, causes of action, liability, costs of expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising as a result of any Hazardous Materials which exist within the Complex, Common Areas, Building or Premises before or after the Commencement Date which are not brought onto the Premises, Building or Complex by Tenant.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Article VI, to make such repairs (the cost of which is to be included in the Annual Maintenance Charge) to the foundations, roof, exterior walls, exterior windows and waterproofing, floor slabs, other structural columns, beams and other components, parking areas, walks, landscaping, courtyard and any other Building Common Areas and Complex Common Areas as may be necessary to keep them in the condition required by Section 4.2.4 hereof.

  • Tenant shall have, as appurtenant to the Premises, the right to use in common with others, if any, entitled thereto (i) Building Common Areas and Complex Common Areas, (ii) the building service fixtures and equipment serving the Premises, and (iii) subject to Section 10.14 hereof, the right to use that number of nonreserved parking spaces determined by multiplying the Rentable Square Footage of Premises by .0015 ("Tenant's Parking Spaces") in the Garage.

  • Both parties shall execute and deliver a notice of this Lease in such form, if any, as may be permitted by applicable statute, which notice shall include provisions with respect to Tenant's Parking Spaces in the Garage and Tenant's right to use the Complex Common Areas.

  • In the event of the Allottee committing any act in contravention of the above provision, the Allottee shall be responsible and liable for the consequences thereof to the concerned local authority and/or other public authority.Not to close or permit the closing of verandahs, exclusive terrace, if any or lounges or balconies or lobbies and common parts or portions including the Complex Common Areas.


More Definitions of Complex Common Areas

Complex Common Areas as used in this Lease shall mean the portion of the Complex designated as such by Landlord. The “Building Common Areas” as use in this Lease shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building designated as such by Landlord. As of the date of this Lease, Common Areas include, without limitation, corridors, stairways, elevator shafts, janitor rooms in the Building, the driveways, and landscaped areas in the Complex. Landlord reserves the right to temporarily close, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Complex and the Common Areas from time to time. The Common Areas include the Common Facilities (as hereinafter defined). The “Common Facilities” may include conference and training rooms designated by Landlord from time to time and Landlord reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to remove the Common Facilities at any time and use the space as additional space available for rent by a third party.
Complex Common Areas means all common areas and facilities furnished at or near the Complex, which are designated by the Owner from time to time;
Complex Common Areas as used in this Lease shall mean the portion of the Complex outside of the Building designated as such by Landlord for use by all tenants and occupants of the Complex. The “Building Common Areas” as use in this Lease shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building designated as such by Landlord. As of the date of this Lease, Building Common Areas include, without limitation, corridors, stairways, elevator shafts, janitor rooms in the Building. Landlord reserves the right to temporarily close, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Complex and the Common Areas from time to time. The Common Areas include the Common Facilities (as hereinafter defined). The “Common Facilities” may include the General Lounge Area (as defined in Section 3.4(a)), the Fitness Center (as defined in Section 3.4(a), and the Bicycle Storage Area (as defined in Section 3.4(b)) Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything contained in this Lease to the contrary, (1) Landlord has no obligation to expand or otherwise make any improvements within the Complex, including, without limitation, any of the outside ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, public and private streets, transportation facility areas and other improvements and facilities at the Complex (as the same may be modified by Landlord from time to time without notice to Tenant), and (2) Landlord shall have the right from time to time to include or exclude any improvements or facilities within the Complex, at Landlord's sole election.
Complex Common Areas. Interior and exterior common areas and facilities of the Complex.
Complex Common Areas means the areas available within the Complex or any extended area if specified by the owner to be used and enjoyed in common with all other Purchaser/Purchasers/Occupiers of the Complex or subsequent Phases developed by the Owner/Promoter;
Complex Common Areas is as defined in Article 8.
Complex Common Areas means areas of the Building, Property, Office Space, and Retail Space provided for the common use or benefit of tenants generally and/or the public, such as the building lobby, trash disposal areas, patios, walkways, courtyards, plaza areas, sidewalks, landscaped areas and parking lots and decks, as designated by Landlord. “Office Common Areas” shall mean those areas and facilities reasonably designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of the office tenants in the Office Space, including without limitation, all stairways, hallways and elevators exclusively servicing the Office Space. The term “Common Areas” shall mean, collectively, the Complex Common Areas and the Office Common Areas.
