Service Request means a request for service such as adds, moves, changes and technical assistance;

Local Service Request or "LSR" means the industry standard forms and supporting documentation used for ordering local services.

Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Service Requirements means the specification that the Flexibility Services must be capable of meeting, as defined in Schedule 1;

Transmission Service means Point-To-Point Transmission Service provided under Tariff, Part II on a firm and non-firm basis.
Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
