Leung and Mr. Ho entered into the Concert Parties Confirmatory Deed to acknowledge and confirm, among other things, that they are parties acting in concert with each of the members of the Group and continue as at and after the date of the Concert Parties Confirmatory Deed, details of which are set out in the paragraphs headed “History, reorganisation and corporate structure — Parties acting in concert” in the Prospectus.

Further, because of the Concert Parties Confirmatory Deed and his holding of 12,182 Success Wing Shares, Mr. Yip is deemed to be interested in the 369,000,000 Shares held by Success Wing as at the Latest Practicable Date.
