Confirmatory Deed definition

Confirmatory Deed means a Deed made pursuant to Section 106 of the Act which is substantially in the form of the document attached as Appendix 1 which binds to the terms of this Agreement an area of the Site not already bound by it.
Confirmatory Deed means a deed confirming that the Purchaser will be bound by and comply with the Planning Obligations in the form of deed as attached at Appendix 4
Confirmatory Deed means a planning obligation or planning obligations pursuant to section 106 of the Act binding all parts of the Land not bound by this Agreement in the form at Appendix [x] including the Council Land and the Loxford Land;

More Definitions of Confirmatory Deed

Confirmatory Deed means a Deed (a draft of which is appended hereto at Appendix 4) to be entered into by all of the parties with an interest in the Site (excluding future tenants or occupiers of individual Dwellings, mortgagees and chargees of the Site and persons deriving title from them) for the purposes of section 106 of the Act which confirms that the obligations contained in this Agreement shall also bind their interest in any part of the Site acquired from the Council after the date of this Agreement;
Confirmatory Deed means a deed substantially in the same form as that contained at Annex 1;
