Consecutive Day Off. The Employer agrees to schedule, subject to the operational needs of the store, consecutive days off for all full-time employees and that wherever practical, the Employer shall also schedule A.T.O. days with consecutive days off. On the second and subsequent days of confirmed absence due to illness, accident or for any other reason, the hours shall be scheduled as per present practice.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.

  • Twelve-Month Period means a period of twelve consecutive months determined on a rolling basis where a new twelve month period begins on the first day of each calendar month.
