Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations definition

Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for a given period the sum of (i) Consolidated Net Income, (ii) the amount of depreciation and amortization expense deducted in determining such Consolidated Net Income, (iii) deferred income taxes, and (iv) other non-cash items, each as determined for such period in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for any period, the sum of, without duplication, Consolidated Net Income for such period, plus (or, in the case of clause (iii) below, plus or minus) the following items to the extent included in computing Consolidated Net Income for such period:
