Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations definition

Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for a given period the sum of (i) Consolidated Net Income, (ii) the amount of depreciation and amortization expense deducted in determining such Consolidated Net Income, and (iii) other non-cash items, each as determined for such period in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Cash Flow From Operations means, for any period, Consolidated Net Income for such period plus the aggregate amount deducted in determining such Consolidated Net Income in respect of the following, each determined in accordance with GAAP: (i) Consolidated Interest Expense, (ii) income taxes, (iii) depreciation, depletion and amortization, (iv) non-cash charges for non-recurring or extraordinary items, and (v) repurchase premiums incurred in connection with purchases of the Senior Subordinated Notes.
