Land Development Code. An ordinance or ordinances enacted by a local governing body for the regulation of any aspect of development, including zoning or rezoning, subdivision, building construction, or sign regulation or any other regulation controlling the development of land.

Land Development Code. Immediately following the amendment of the County and City’s Comprehensive Plan, as provided herein, the County and Cities will consider the adoption of a “School Concurrency Ordinance” and other necessary changes to the Land Development Code to implement school concurrency consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, state law (Sections 163.3180 and 163.3202, Florida Statutes,), and the terms of this Agreement.

Land Development Code. The City shall review its adopted Land Development Code to identify land development regulations that restrict compact development. If such regulations are found, the City shall, as part of its work program, draft amendments to reduce restrictions to compact development. Any amendment to the Land Development Code shall be presented to the Planning and Zoning Board and City Commission through the normal public hearing process prescribed by law.

The needs of part time employees and shift workers need particular consideration.

  • Skills Development The Company acknowledges the changing pace of technology in the electrical contracting industry and the need for employees to understand those changes and have the necessary skill requirements to keep the Company at the forefront of the industry. The Parties to this Agreement recognise that in order to increase the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the Company, a commitment to training and skill development is required. Accordingly, the parties commit themselves to:

  • Curriculum Development This includes the analysis and coordination of textual materials; constant review of current literature in the field, some of which are selected for the college library collection, the preparation of selective, descriptive materials such as outlines and syllabi; conferring with other faculty and administration on curricular problems; and, the attendance and participation in inter and intra-college conferences and advisory committees.
