Consumer Protection Laws definition

Consumer Protection Laws means the consumer protection laws enforced by the Attorneys General under which the Attorneys General have conducted the investigation as set forth in Appendix A.
Consumer Protection Laws means the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 and/or any other similar laws in South Africa that apply to the purchase of goods;
Consumer Protection Laws means the laws applicable to a Consumer for each Financial Product or Service established primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.

Section 45; all state and local consumer protection and unfair or deceptive trade practices Laws, and all other Laws that apply to any of the Group Company or the Mortgage JV that have the intent or effect to protect their respective consumer customers against the acts, errors or omissions of any of the Group Company or the Mortgage JV, and all licensing requirements, regulations, guidelines, policies, and guidance implementing the aforementioned Laws.
