COVID-19 Relief definition

COVID-19 Relief means any support payments, loans, benefits, wage or other subsidies or other incentives provided, in each case, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic from any Governmental Authority or financial institution;

COVID-19 Relief means all grants, loans (including any loans pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program of the CARES Act), and other funding (whether or not subject to forgiveness, offset, repayment, recapture or similar treatment following the receipt thereof) available to, or potentially available to, any Seller (i) pursuant to any applicable law governing or instituted in connection with the COVID-19 Pandemic, including the CARES Act, or (ii) provided as an accommodation from a third party such as the discharge of Indebtedness or rent abatement from landlords or lenders.

• The Company and each Company Subsidiary has continued to comply with the applicable requirements of all COVID-19 Relief, and used any proceeds therefrom for permissible purposes as required by such COVID-19 Relief, in each case in all material respects.

COVID-19 Relief means all grants, loans (including any loans pursuant to the Paycheck Protection Program of the CARES Act), employee retention tax credits and other funding or payment relief (whether or not subject to forgiveness, offset, repayment, recapture or similar treatment following the receipt thereof) available to, or potentially available to, the Company (a) pursuant to any applicable Legal Requirement governing or instituted in connection with COVID-19, including the CARES Act, or (b) provided as an accommodation from a third party such as the discharge of Company Debt or rent abatement from landlords or lenders.

COVID-19 Relief means certain financial relief provided by a New York regulated institution under the terms of this regulation pursuant to Executive Order 202.9.
