Created Materials definition

Created Materials has the meaning given to it in clause 9.2.
Created Materials means all the materials, data, results, outputs and information, including Case Report Forms, created by the Satellite Site in performing the Study Activities or in connection with this agreement.
Created Materials has the meaning given in clause 5.1.

Examples of Created Materials in a sentence

  • The Consultant hereby assigns with full title guarantee by way of future assignment all right, title and interest in and to any Created Materials and the Consultant shall do all such things and execute all such documents as may be necessary or desirable to vest the same in the Client and to defend the Client against claims that works embodying Intellectual Property Rights infringe third party rights, and otherwise to protect and maintain the Intellectual Property Rights in the Created Materials.

  • Subject to payment of the applicable Charges, the Client shall have a sole, royalty-free licence to use the Created Materials for the purpose for which they were supplied by MBG.

  • If GGC is licensing any GGC Created Materials to another entity, the terms of that license will be contained in a separate contract between the Parties, and not within this Agreement.

  • The use of GGC Created Materials shall not be restricted by the Licensor in any way.

  • Unity has no obligation to retain Your Materials or Created Materials beyond the period we determine in our sole discretion (such period not to be unreasonably short or arbitrary).

  • Further, where applicable, you give your written consent to Unity to collect, store, disclose and use any biometric information contained in Your Materials from which Created Materials will be provided as part of the Service.

  • The Satellite Site must not, and must ensure its Personnel do not, use or disclose the Created Materials for any purpose, other than in accordance with this agreement.

  • JA is not obligated to use the Volunteer Created Materials in any way.

  • If such ownership is not allowed under a Law in the Territory, then Distributor grants Licensor a non-exclusive free license to use all Distributor Created Materials worldwide in perpetuity without restriction.

  • The term "Created Materials" means anything that you or your employees or consultants have created or done (including, without limitation, the services provided and deliverables created under any Statement of Work), or may in the future create or do, for Dialogic by yourself or themselves or with others.


More Definitions of Created Materials

Created Materials means the data files, images, scenes and other content that are created through our use of the Service and that are based on Your Materials and that form a fully rigged and animate-ready “trained” version of a character head. Created Materials exclude Unity Materials;
Created Materials means anything that you or your employees or consultants have created or done (including, without limitation, the services provided and deliverables created under any Statement of Work), or may in the future create or do, for Dialogic by yourself or themselves or with others. Created Materials may be tangible things like documents, drawings, prototypes, reports, schematics, software, specifications, etc., or may be intangible things like concepts, discoveries, ideas, information, etc. Something is a Created Material if you or your employees or consultants created or did it during all the time spent on any consulting project, even if you or your employees or consultants created or did it only in part, or only together with other people, or out of normal business hours, so long as it is related in any way to the business of Dialogic or any of Dialogic's subsidiaries or affiliates.
Created Materials means any and all physical and digital materials produced by or on behalf of Assignor for {your company name} at any time (including any created before {your company name} was incorporated) and however generated or stored including but not limited to documents, reports, research, artwork, business and/or financial plans, pitches, correspondence, designs, specifications, databases, architecture diagrams, interface design and software (in all cases including source code).
