Examples of Critical Path Milestones in a sentence

  • If the notifying Party is the Developer, it shall indicate in its notice whether the occurrence of a Force Majeure event has the potential to delay its meeting one or more Critical Path Milestones and/or completing the Transmission Project by the Required Project In-Service Date.

  • If the Force Majeure will delay the Developer’s ability to meet one or more Critical Path Milestones, the Developer shall request with its notice a change to the impacted milestones in accordance with the requirements in Section 3.3.4 and must satisfy the requirements in Section 3.3.4 to change any Critical Path Milestones.

  • The Contractor will be responsible for developing Emergency Response and Disaster Preparedness Plan for the Water Reclamation Facilities and Pump Stations pursuant to Exhibit 4 Facilities Plans.

  • Development Schedule shall mean the schedule of Critical Path Milestones and Advisory Milestones set forth in Appendix C to this Agreement.

  • Critical Path Milestones shall mean the milestones identified as such in the Development Default shall mean the failure of a Party in Breach of this Agreement to cure such Breach in accordance with Article 7.2 of this Agreement.

  • Critical Path Milestones shall mean the milestones identified as such in the Development Schedule in Attachment C to this Agreement that must be met for the Transmission Project to be constructed and operating by the Required Project In-Service Date.

Critical Path Milestones means the “Critical Path Milestones” set forth in Exhibit C. “Delay Notice” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a). “Design Plan Review Period” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a). “Design Plans” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a). “Dollars” or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph. “Equipment” means all of the individual items which form part of the permanent or temporary systems of the Century Plant Project, including vessels, pumps, motors, instruments, cables, junction boxes, pipelines, water xxxxx and valves. “Estimated Change Order Costs” has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(c). “Estimated Measured Progress for Billing Month” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c). “Estimated Measured Progress for Previous Month” has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c). “Excused Delay” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a). “Executive Officer” means, with respect to the Owner, any officer of Occidental Petroleum Corporation with the title of vice president or any title senior to vice president, and with respect to the Construction Manager, any officer of XxxxXxxxx Energy, Inc. with the title of executive vice president or any title senior to executive vice president.

Related to Critical Path Milestones

  • Project Milestones means the project milestones set forth in Schedule-G;

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Service Level Failure means a failure to perform the Software Support Services fully in compliance with the Support Service Level Requirements.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).

  • Milestone Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
