Customer Data Incident definition

Customer Data Incident shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 8 herein. “Data Protection Laws and Regulationsthe GDPR, CCPA and their respective laws and regulations.
Customer Data Incident means any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by Lokalise or its Sub-processors, of which Lokalise becomes aware.
Customer Data Incident means an unauthorized disclosure of Customer Data resulting from Hyland’s failure to comply with the SaaS Security Attachment. Without limitation, Customer Data Incident does not include any of the following that results in no unauthorized access to Customer Data or to any Hyland’s systems storing Customer Data:

  • Okta shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such Customer Data Incident, and take those steps as Okta deems necessary and reasonable in order to remediate the cause of such a Customer Data Incident, to the extent that the remediation is within Okta’s reasonable control.

  • AudioCodes also assists the Customer in ensuring compliance with the notification of a Customer Data Incident to the Supervisory Authority and the communication of a Customer Data Incident to the Data Subject where appropriate under the GDPR.

  • AudioCodes shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such Customer Data Incident and take those steps as AudioCodes deems necessary and reasonable to remediate the cause of such a Customer Data Incident to the extent the remediation is within AudioCodes reasonable control.

  • Customer shall be responsible for any reasonable costs arising from ClickDimensions’ provision of such assistance unless such Customer Data Incident is determined to have been caused by ClickDimensions or its Sub-processors in which case ClickDimensions shall provide such assistance without charge.

  • At the written request of Customer, ClickDimensions shall provide reasonable assistance to Customer and take such reasonable steps as requested by Customer agreed by the parties or necessary under Data Protection Laws and Regulations to assist in the investigation, remediation, and litigation of such Customer Data Incident.

  • Customer agrees that: (i) an unsuccessful Customer Data Incident attempt will not be subject to this Section.

Customer Data Incident means any breach of security to Cybereason’s technical and organizational measures leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. For clarity, Customer Data Incident does not include security events detected through the Services.
