Customer Inputs definition

Customer Inputs means any inventions, documents, images, photographs, drawings, specifications, schematics, models, data, test results, computer software, prototypes and materials provided, created or disclosed by you to us in connection with the Contract;
Customer Inputs means the Simulator Project discharge, elevation, or generation requests at each of the Simulator Projects that «Customer Name» develops submits as inputs to the Simulator pursuant to section 3.3 of Exhibit ML.
Customer Inputs means information, data, text, and content, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, human resource, tax and similar information, which are input, posted, provided, and/or uploaded to the Greenshades Products by Customer and/or its Users.

  • If the Supplier loses or damages any Customer Inputs, the Supplier will, at the election of the Customer, promptly replace such Customer Inputs or pay the Customer the reasonable replacement cost of such Customer Inputs.

  • You hereby grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free, sub- licensable, worldwide license to do all such acts and things as we may reasonably require to do in respect of any Customer Inputs and any of your Intellectual Property Rights for the purpose of enabling us to comply with our obligations under the Contract.

  • The PS Slice Scheduler shall have the sole, unilateral discretion to reject for any reason «Customer Name»’s Customer Inputs associated with the upcoming delivery hour that are submitted to PS after 15 minutes prior to the start of the start of each such delivery hour.

  • You shall defend, hold harmless and indemnify us (on demand) against all losses, damages, costs, claims, expenses (including legal expenses) and liabilities incurred by us, or for which we may become liable, in connection with any allegation, suit, demand, action or legal proceeding made against us for actual or alleged infringement of the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party arising out of or in connection with our use of any Customer Inputs.

  • Customer Inputs stored in a Microsoft Azure data center are encrypted with a security key that is unknown to Microsoft.


More Definitions of Customer Inputs

Customer Inputs means information, data, text, content, videos, images, audio clips, photos, graphics, and/or other types of content, information, and/or data posted, provided, and/or uploaded by the Customer to the Cloud Services by Customer.
Customer Inputs means the Simulator Project discharge, elevation, or generation requests «Customer Name» develops as inputs to the Simulator pursuant section 3.3 below.

Related to Customer Inputs

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Client Materials means all works and materials supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Consultant for incorporation into the Deliverables or for some other use in connection with the Services;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.
