Customer License definition

Customer License shall refer to the specific license(s) granted by Materialise to the Customer. The license term, access and type of this Customer License shall be further specified in the applicable Order Documents.
Customer License means the form of Microsoft license agreement that Microsoft, or one of its affiliates, uses to license the Products and Services to Customers.
Customer License has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(a). ----------------

Examples of Customer License in a sentence

  • All Customer License Agreements properly granted prior to the effective date of expiration or termination will survive expiration or termination and continue according to their terms.

  • Customer License Fees paid by BISYS to OSI prior to the Effective Date with respect to a Customer Agreement under the terms of a predecessor agreement shall be deemed made with respect to such Customer Agreement pursuant to the payment obligation set forth above.

More Definitions of Customer License

Customer License means a Software Product license granted by IBSS to an end user pursuant to a Customer License Agreement authorizing the customer to use the Software Product for the customer's own internal business operations and not for resale by the customer.
Customer License means [*] sublicense that permits the Customer to utilize the Licensed Software only for the Customer's internal business communications purposes (including communicating with third party trading partners).
