Customer Modifications definition

Customer Modifications means modifications to the open source software components of the Software that Customer is expressly permitted to make under the applicable license for such open source software solely for the purpose of developing bug fixes, customizations, or additional features to any libraries licensed under such open source software licenses that may be included with or linked to by the Software.
Customer Modifications means any products or works, including enhancements and derivative works, developed by Customer or for Customer by a third party based on the Licensed Programs including Source Materials licensed hereunder and Documentation and any modifications or enhancements to or derivative works based on such products or works that are developed by or for Customer. Customer Modifications do not become part of the Licensed Programs under the Agreement.
Customer Modifications means any modifications made to the Deliverables and/or the Additional Documentation (including without limitation any Custom Software) made by or on behalf of Customer by any party other than ATS.

Examples of Customer Modifications in a sentence

  • Customer acknowledges that (i) the Products may not satisfy all of Customer's requirements, (ii) the use of the Products may not be uninterrupted or error-free and (iii) this limited warranty will be not apply in case of any Customer Modifications.

  • To the extent permitted by law, Euronet waives and agrees not to assert any moral rights it may have to any Customer Modifications (and any Developments which are owned by Customer) that may inure to Euronet under copyright law.

  • Euronet agrees to cooperate with Customer and to execute all documents necessary for Customer to apply to secure its copyright, patent and other intellectual property and ownership rights in the Customer Modifications (and any Developments which are owned by Customer) in all appropriate countries.

  • Customer Modifications to the Specifications for the System referred to in Section 7.2 shall be charged to ExpressVu on a project basis at the Standard Rates and the Purchase Price shall be adjusted accordingly.

  • Euronet shall execute and provide any documents reasonably necessary to evidence and protect Customer's ownership rights in the Customer Modifications (and any Developments which are owned by Customer).

  • By virtue of this Agreement, the parties may have access to information that is confidential to one another, including but not limited to the services performed by Euronet, the Developments, Customer Modifications, Licensed Programs, including Source Materials, the terms and pricing under this Agreement, and all information clearly identified as confidential (collectively, the "Confidential Information").

  • Management is required to sign the form, which indicates the supplier’s agreement to be subject to periodic audits by Outdoor Cap or external monitors, to remediate audit findings in a timely manner, and to educate workers and management on workplace standards.

  • Euronet acknowledges and agrees that such modifications that are created by Customer or third parties are Customer Modifications.

  • To the extent ownership of Customer Modifications (and/or any Developments which are owned by Customer) does not vest in Customer in the first instance, Euronet shall assign all ownership rights in the Customer Modifications (and any Developments which are owned by Customer) to Customer.


More Definitions of Customer Modifications

Customer Modifications means versions of Models that have been adapted by Customer using the Product. Customer Modifications are made up of Customer Data, which Customer owns, and the underlying Product, which Looker owns. Customer Modifications are configurations of the Product and not “works for hire.”

  • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Modification Guidelines has the meaning provided in Section 2.1(a) of this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement.
