Customer Modifications definition

Customer Modifications means modifications to the open source software components of the Software that Customer is expressly permitted to make under the applicable license for such open source software solely for the purpose of developing bug fixes, customizations, or additional features to any libraries licensed under such open source software licenses that may be included with or linked to by the Software.

Customer Modifications means any products or works, including enhancements and derivative works, developed by Customer or for Customer by a third party based on the Licensed Programs including Source Materials licensed hereunder and Documentation and any modifications or enhancements to or derivative works based on such products or works that are developed by or for Customer.   • Contract Modification means any changes in the terms or provisions of the Contract which are reduced to writing and fully executed by both parties.
