DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. If a product is damaged in transit, the customer must note damage with the carrier. If damages are not noted with the carrier and product is received in full, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Core will not replace any damages or shortages that are not noted on the BOL upon delivery. Customers that ship product collect are responsible for filing any claims for damages. Collect damaged shipments must still be paid in full, within terms to Core, regardless of the claim status with the customer's respective carrier. ORDER PROCESSING: From the time an order is confirmed and approved, Core's internal commitment, under most circumstances, is to fill and ship orders within 3-5 business days. RETURN GOODS POLICY: All returns must be approved by Core and a return authorization number assigned. RETURNS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZA- TION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO RETURNS AFTER 90 DAYS! Credit is based on original invoice price less a 15% restocking fee. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED FREIGHT PREPAID. *Private labeled products are excluded from this return policy. Call Core for case by case evalua- tion. SAMPLE POLICY: Core Products Co., Inc., provides product samples as a courtesy to assist companies in evaluating our products. It is our policy to limit the number of free samples provided on a case-by-case basis. Samples for existing customers must be shipped with an order and/or the customer will pay for shipping fees. Core's Account Managers or Customer Service Staff offers technical assistance and will gladly email literature in conjunction with requests. We reserve the right to deny sample requests based upon our internal processes.
