Contractor may not publish or reproduce any Deliverable Materials, for purposes unrelated to Contractor’s work on behalf of the City without prior written consent from the City.
Buyer may publicly release summarized data from Deliverable Materials but no individualized data shall be released publicly without Supplier’s prior written approval.
Supplier is not restricted in its own use of the underlying data for Deliverable Materials.
Buyer is authorized to use Deliverable Materials and underlying data extracted from Deliverable Materials for Buyer’s and Buyer affiliate’s internal purposes only, excluding any commercialization, sublicensing or disclosure to a third-party.
