Design Certificate definition

Design Certificate means a form of recognition by a Party that the design or change to a design of a civil aeronautical product meets airworthiness standards and, as applicable, environmental protection requirements in particular concerning noise, fuel venting or exhaust emissions, established by the legislation in force in that Party.
Design Certificate means a certificate issued by the technical agent or an approved organisation of a Party as a form of recognition that the design or change to a design of a civil aeronautical product complies with airworthiness requirements, and as applicable, environmental protection requirements, in particular concerning noise, fuel venting or exhaust emissions set out in laws, regulations and administrative provisions of that Party;

  • A Mechanical Ventilation Design Certificate pursuant to Section 93 of the Local Government Act 1993 in the form of Attachment M1, OR a Compliance Certificate (in accordance with Section 109C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, 1979) together with the Curriculum Vitae of the Design Engineer or other appropriate Certifier must be submitted to Principal Certifying Authority (PCA).
