Design Certificate definition

Design Certificate means a form of recognition by a Party that the design or change to a design of a civil aeronautical product meets airworthiness standards and, as applicable, environmental protection requirements in particular concerning noise, fuel venting or exhaust emissions, established by the legislation in force in that Party.
Design Certificate means a certificate issued by the technical agent or an approved organisation of a Party as a form of recognition that the design or change to a design of a civil aeronautical product complies with airworthiness requirements, and as applicable, environmental protection requirements, in particular concerning noise, fuel venting or exhaust emissions set out in laws, regulations and administrative provisions of that Party;
Design Certificate means a Certificate in respect of the Design as issued by Project Co pursuant to the Design and Certification Procedure.

  • All design documents, drawings, plans, calculations and reports produced by the Contractor and Designer shall be checked by the Design Checker, accompanied by two original copies of a Design Certificate as set out in Attachment – 2, signed by all parties when the design is submitted to the Engineer.

  • Students enrolled in Instructional Design Certificate courses under this agreement will pay the MA Applied Psychology tuition rate for Instructional Design Certificate courses while enrolled in MA Applied Psychology.
