Detailing Costs definition

Detailing Costs means the FTE Rate for Sales and Medical Representatives multiplied by the Detail FTE Requirements. The Detailing Costs shall be (a) [*], (b) defined in the China Commercialization Plan, and (c) based on the FTE Rate determined pursuant to Section 1.37. In the event a Party elects to provide a greater number of FTEs than are contemplated by the China Commercialization Plan, except as otherwise provided in Section 6.2(g), the costs attributable to such additional FTEs shall [*].
Detailing Costs means that amount determined by multiplying the total number of PDEs promoting Product in a given Calendar Year (a) by [***] Dollars ($[***]) for the remainder of 2008, and (b) for subsequent Calendar Years, by an amount equal to [***] Dollars ($[***]) increased by the cumulative percentage increase in the United States Consumer Price Index (found at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cpi/) between the first Calendar Year of the term of this Agreement and the relevant Calendar Year.
Detailing Costs shall include the expenses associated with performing Details. Such expenses shall calculated on the basis of a fixed rate per PDE (as defined in Article 1) determined by the Finance Subcommittee and approved by the JSC, irrespective of which Party's Sales Representatives perform the Details.
