For the avoidance of doubt, if a Listed System is listed in the Fee Agreement pursuant to Section 3(b) of the Main Agreement and subsequent to such listing the Listed System is either provided in full by a Third Party Provider or is modified by the addition of a component furnished by a Third Party Provider, Company shall not without its consent be responsible to BNYM or a Third Party Provider for any additional fees or charges due to such event.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Third Party IP means the Intellectual Property Rights of any third party that is not a party to this Contract, and that is not a Subcontractor.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.
