Eligible Workweek definition

Eligible Workweek means any workweek in which a Class Member was employed by SCM and according to SCM’s records made deliveries to Amazon customers in California during the period from October 23, 2013 to October 20, 2020.
Eligible Workweek means any workweek in which a Class Member was employed by Defendants and according to Defendants’ data worked as a Class Member during the applicable Homecare Settlement Class Period or Wage Statement Settlement Class Period.
Eligible Workweek means each calendar week worked by an Interpreter during the NYLL Class Period and/or FLSA Collective Period.
