Eligible Workweek definition

Eligible Workweek means a workweek that occurred during the Class Period and during which a Class Member worked at least 8 hours as an hourly non-exempt worker for Defendant based on Defendant’s payroll records.
Eligible Workweek means any workweek in which a Class Member was employed by A1X or Greenwich Logistics and according to records available to Amazon, made deliveries to Amazon customers in California during the relevant period, from on or about April 19, 2015 through on or about July 31, 2020.
Eligible Workweek means any workweek in which a Class Member was employed by Defendants and according to Defendants’ data worked as a Class Member during the applicable Homecare Settlement Class Period or Wage Statement Settlement Class Period.

Related to Eligible Workweek

  • Workweek means any week during which a Class Member worked for Defendant for at least one day, during the Class Period.

  • Regular hours worked means those hours which the court is regularly scheduled to work during any given work week. Depending on the particular court, these hours may vary from court to court within the county but remain the same for each work week.

Such period begins on the date the Employee retires, quits or is discharged, or if earlier, the twelve (12) month anniversary of the date on which the Employee was otherwise first absent from service.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.

  • Annual Work Plan means each work plan approved by the Association under Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for inclusion in the Project.

  • Base Pay means Executive’s annual base salary rate as in effect from time to time.
