Wage Statement. At the beginning of each school year, each TEACHER shall receive a WAGE STATEMENT.
Wage Statement. The Employer shall furnish to each employee on pay days a wage statement showing the period of time covered, name of employee, straight-time and overtime hours worked, total of wages paid and itemized deductions made therefrom. A similar statement will be given to the employee upon termination of employment. The Employer shall also include in the wage statement the amount of leave the employee has accrued, as soon as the Employer is able to implement such a system.

Each employee when paid shall receive a slip showing the number of straight and overtime hours, his straight time hourly rate and all deductions and payments required by law or in this Agreement. The wages and other economic terms provided for within this Agreement shall prevail upon all work for which a bid is submitted during the existence of the Agreement, and in the event of the successful renegotiation of this Agreement, then for a project in progress at the effective date of the new Agreement the wages and economic terms provided for herein shall continue in effect for sixty (60) days after the effective date of such renegotiated contract or the completion of the work, whichever occurs first.
Wage Statement. All employees shall be paid weekly on Wednesday for the preceding week’s work. The Employer shall furnish to each employee on such pay days a wage statement, showing the date, name of employee, total hours worked, total amount of wages paid and itemized deductions made for the payroll period.

Ten percent (10%) of the Net Settlement Amount shall be designated as the “Wage Statement Amount.” Each participating Settlement Class Member who was employed by K&S at any time from July 30, 2018 to December 7, 2021 shall receive a portion of the Wage Statement Amount proportionate to the number of pay periods that he or she worked for K&S during the aforementioned time period.
