Energy Attributes definition

Energy Attributes means any and all direct, indirect, or derivative benefits or incentives of owning and/or operating the Solar Facility including but not limited to ancillary services, environmental attributes, renewable energy credits, green tags, green tag reporting rights, carbon offset credits, rebates, tax attributes, tax credits, depreciation, depreciation bonuses, cost recovery deductions, the NY-Sun Incentive Program, federal, state or local incentives, or any other attributes, benefits, or incentives of owning the Solar Facility of any kind.
Energy Attributes means any and all direct, indirect, or derivative benefits or incentives of owning and/or operating the Facility including but not limited to ancillary services, environmental attributes, renewable energy credits, green tags, green tag reporting rights, carbon offset credits, rebates, tax attributes, tax credits, depreciation, depreciation bonuses, cost recovery deductions, federal, state or local incentives, or any other attributes, benefits, or incentives of owning the Facility of any kind.
Energy Attributes. For the purposes of this Act, means electric power benefit production (measured in megawatts-hour (MWh) unit or fractions) from a sustainable renewable energy source or alternative renewable energy source, and includes the use or consumption of electricity and the network’s stability, its production capacity, and its contributions to Puerto Rico’s electric power system.

  • Environmental Attributes means any emissions and renewable energy credits, energy conservation credits, benefits, offsets and allowances, emission reduction credits or words of similar import or regulatory effect (including emissions reduction credits or allowances under all applicable emission trading, compliance or budget programs, or any other federal, state or regional emission, renewable energy or energy conservation trading or budget program) that have been held, allocated to or acquired for the development, construction, ownership, lease, operation, use or maintenance of the Company as of: (i) the date of this Agreement; and (ii) future years for which allocations have been established and are in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.

  • Output means the exposure rate, dose rate, or a quantity related in a known manner to these rates from a brachytherapy source or a teletherapy, remote afterloader, or gamma stereotactic radiosurgery unit for a specified set of exposure conditions.

  • renewable energy sources means renewable sources such as small hydro, wind, solar including its integration with combined cycle, biomass, bio fuel cogeneration, urban or municipal waste and other such sources as approved by the MNRE;

  • Weatherization means building insulation (for attic, exterior walls and crawl space), siding to improve energy efficiency, replacement storm windows, replacement storm doors, replacement windows and replacement doors, and is considered a major system for rehabilitation.

  • Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.

  • Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

  • Useful thermal energy means, with regard to a cogeneration unit, thermal energy that is:

  • energy storage means, in the electricity system, deferring the final use of electricity to a moment later than when it was generated, or the conversion of electrical energy into a form of energy which can be stored, the storing of such energy, and the subsequent reconversion of such energy into electrical energy or use as another energy carrier;

  • Combined Sewer means a sewer receiving both surface runoff and sewage.
