Engineering Documents means all plans, specifications, reports, drawings,
Engineering Documents means all site plans, surveys, soil and substrata studies, architectural drawings, plans and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans, landscape plans, Americans with Disabilities Act compliance reports, environmental reports and studies, professional inspection reports, construction and/or architect's reports or certificates, feasibility studies, appraisals, and other similar plans and studies that relate to the Real Property or the Personal Property, to the extent the same are assignable by Seller.

More Definitions of Engineering Documents

Engineering Documents means, collectively, all agreements between Borrower and Inspecting Engineer, all agreements between Borrower and any structural or civil engineer with respect to the Improvements, all agreements between Borrower and any mechanical/electrical engineer with respect to the Improvements, equipment and other Property required for the Project, and all agreements between Borrower and any soil engineer or environmental consultant with respect to the Project.
Engineering Documents or “Architectural Documents” or “Survey Documents” means plans, specifications, reports, drawings, tracings, designs, calculations, computer models, sketches, notes, memorandums or correspondence related to the work described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
