Landscape Plans definition

Landscape Plans means the plans in the Landscape Guidelines depicting examples of typical front garden landscaping works.
Landscape Plans means Plans and specifications as prepared by the Developer, indicating the landscaping of all lands as may be required by the City, either within or adjacent to the Said Lands, including but not limited to berms, buffer strips, utility lots, boulevards and recreation and playground areas, and included in such Landscaping Plans shall be details for uniform fencing and such recreational equipment and facilities as may be required within the development area which may serve the residents who reside in the development area, all of which will be subject to the approval of the Engineer.
Landscape Plans means those certain Development Plans identified in Section 7.16(c)(i) of this Declaration and annexed hereto as part of Exhibit C.

  • The CONSULTANT shall prepare a set of Landscape Plans which includes the following.

More Definitions of Landscape Plans

Landscape Plans means the final Landscape Plans approved as part of the Approvals.
Landscape Plans means the drawings and specifications prepared by the Developer’s Consultant covering the design, construction and installation of all Landscaping identified in Schedule “C” of this Agreement.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Company Plans shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(a).

  • Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.
