Enterprise Support definition

Enterprise Support means the Program maintenance and support services set forth in Exhibit A.
Enterprise Support has the meaning given in Section 2.6.2 (Eligibility for Submission of Incidents).
Enterprise Support also covers the following services: (i) Support Center opening hours of between 09.00 and 21.00 Monday through Friday for the service relating to support for the Product (except for the notification of Hardware failure), and provision of the first reply within the response time, which is separately defined; (ii) appointment of an Account Manager (SXX) for your support; (iii) in the case of Software failure, the dispatching of a technician to the installation site in order to provide support and carry out investigations according to the judgment of NAC.
