Enterprise Support definition

Enterprise Support means the Program maintenance and support services set forth in Exhibit A.
Enterprise Support has the meaning given in Section 2.6.2 (Eligibility for Submission of Incidents).
Enterprise Support means the technical support that RapidMiner makes available to users of the Software who have subscribed to Enterprise Support, as outlined in RapidMiner’s current Support Policy, available at http://rapidminer.com/support-policy.

More Definitions of Enterprise Support

Enterprise Support means the provision of telephone or web-based technical assistance to questions from designated users related to the installation, use and operation of the Supported Products, including basic instruction or assistance related to functional Errors in the Supported Product.

Enterprise Support is a term which is inclusive of the services defined by the above agreement "e500 Standard Support". "Enterprise Support" also covers the following services: (i) Support Center opening hours of between 09.00 and 21.00 Monday through Friday for the service relating to support for the Product (except for the notification of Hardware failure), and provision of the first reply within the response time, which is separately defined; (ii) appointment of an Account Manager (SXX) for your support; (iii) in the case of Software failure, the dispatching of a technician to the installation site in order to provide support and carry out investigations according to the judgment of NAC.

Enterprise Support means Customer shall have three (3) points of contact, twenty-five (25) phone support/online web meetings and unlimited web-portal support.

Related to Enterprise Support

  • Basic life support means emergency first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures to maintain life without invasive techniques.

  • Managed Services means the services provided by a Client to End Users using the SaaS and Client’s intellectual capital and/or additional services supplied by Client.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.

  • Pharmacy support person means a person, other than a licensed pharmacist, a registered pharmacist-intern, or a registered pharmacy technician, who may perform nontechnical duties assigned by a supervising pharmacist under the pharmacist’s responsibility and supervision.

  • Advanced life support means special services designed to provide definitive prehospital emergency medical care, including, but not limited to, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, cardiac monitoring, cardiac defibrillation, advanced airway management, intravenous therapy, administration of specified drugs and other medicinal preparations, and other specified techniques and procedures administered by authorized personnel under the direct supervision of a base hospital as part of a local EMS system at the scene of an emergency, during transport to an acute care hospital, during interfacility transfer, and while in the emergency department of an acute care hospital until responsibility is assumed by the emergency or other medical staff of that hospital.
