Equitable Access definition

Equitable Access has the meaning given to it in Clause 15.1.
Equitable Access means fair and proportional media access to print and broadcast media in terms of time periods of media coverage, placement and lineage in print media, with the absence of discrimination for or against specific certified political entities;
Equitable Access means that vaccines and other products developed, in whole or in part, with CEPI’s financial support must be first available to populations when and where they are needed to end an outbreak or curtail an epidemic, regardless of abil- ity to pay, while at a price that is sustainable to the manufacturer, as further detiled in CEPI’s “Equitable Access” Policy.
