Event Plan definition

Event Plan means a management plan outlining activities and procedures to be followed during the staging of an event, compiled by an Event Organiser in consultation with the Event Committee. The plan includes a schedule of activities, a contingency plan, and departmental plans.
Event Plan has the meaning given it in Section 2.1(a).
