Excluded Purpose definition

Excluded Purpose means those excluded purposes detailed in Item 6 of Schedule 1 and as amended from time to time by the Parties in writing.
Excluded Purpose means those excluded purposes set out in Item 8. Force Majeure has the meaning set out in clause 13(a). Government Agency refers to: (a) a government, government department or other body; (b) a governmental, semi-governmental or judicial person; or (c) a person (whether autonomous or not) who is charged with the administration of a Law, whether on a federal, state or local level.
Excluded Purpose has the meaning ascribed to such term in Schedule B hereto.

  • Authorized Purposes means an activity that enhances, fosters, aids, provides, or promotes transportation, economic development, housing, recreation, education, governmental operations, culture, or research within the jurisdiction of a port authority.
