Extension Certificate definition

Extension Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 2.15.
Extension Certificate means an official certificate issued by the director to a motor vehicle owner or lessee for emergency or other purposes deemed by the director to warrant an extension of the time to complete the vehicle emissions test of that motor vehicle. An extension certificate shall serve the same purpose as the certificate to be presented to the registrar of motor vehicles as required by section 4503.10 of the Revised Code.
Extension Certificate has the meaning specified in Section 11.1.
