Final Hourly Rate definition

Final Hourly Rate means the Officer’s total pay, including the applicable base and all special items, for that Officer at the time the Officer elects to participate in the Pre- Retirement leave conversion.
Final Hourly Rate means the Fire Fighter’s total pay, including the applicable base and all special items, for that Fire Fighter at the time the Fire Fighter elects to participate in the Preretirement leave conversion.
Final Hourly Rate means the Officer’s total pay including the applicable base pay on the uniformed police and uniformed fire salary schedule and all special pay items for that Officer at the time the Officer enrolls in the PDP.

Final Hourly Rate means the Officer’s total pay, including the applicable base and all special items, for that Officer at the time the Officer elects to participate in the Pre Retirement leave conversion.  “457(b) Catch-up contributions” are for participants who are aged 50 or older with a catch up amount of $6,500 (for calendar year 2022)  “Special 457(b) Catch-up contributions” are for participants who are aged 65 or older (as specified in City plan documents) that for the three years prior to the proposed retirement date can contribute to the lesser of two times the normal annual elective deferral limit ($41,000 in 2022) or the normal annual elective deferral limit plus the amount of the basic limit that was not used in prior plan years. Important Note: If a government 457(b) allows both the age-50 catch-up and the 3-year catch- up, the participant can only use the one that allows a larger deferral for the applicable year, but not both.
Final Hourly Rate means the Officer’s total pay, including the applicable base and all special items, for that Officer at the time the Officer enrolls in the PDP. Eligibility: All Officers that have completed 20 or more years of service with the Department will be eligible to participate in the Phase Down Program. Notwithstanding the last sentence, if an Officer’s employment is terminated for cause, he or she will not be eligible to participate in the Phase Down Program.

  • Final rate means an indirect cost rate applicable to a specified past period which is based on the actual allowable costs of the period. A final audited rate is not subject to adjustment.

  • Booking Fee is the fee an Agency charges for scheduling Sign Language Interpreters.
