Final Project Schedule definition

Final Project Schedule has the meaning set forth in Exhibit G.
Final Project Schedule means the final schedule for completion of the Utility Relocation Project that incorporates and integrates final schedules for all Work required to complete the Final Scope, as further set forth in § 5.3.
Final Project Schedule means the high level project schedule provided as part of Project Blueprint in accordance with section 4.1(b), provided that same may be revised, as mutually agreed by the Parties, from time to time as the Presto Systems Project proceeds;

Examples of Final Project Schedule in a sentence

  • Before PWRF gives its construction contractor its Notice to Proceed with construction, the Parties shall develop a process under which any proposed material changes shall be reviewed by the City Design Review Board, including a timeline for such review designed to minimize potential delays in completing the Project consistent with the Final Project Schedule.

  • Schedule F shall be provided by Contractor in accordance with the Final Project Schedule and shall be updated thereafter from time to time as further Contractor Group Provided Intellectual Property is identified.

  • The City and CDA shall not disapprove of the Final Development Plan, Final Project Schedule and Final Budget if they are consistent with, or an improvement upon (in terms of increment, time, cost or the like) the Conceptual Site Plan, Preliminary Project Schedule and Preliminary Project Budget.

  • Time is of the essence with respect to each required completion date in the Final Project Schedule, subject to the provisions of Section 13.01 relating to Force Majeure.

  • Crestline will be paid a fee not to exceed $4.5 million for each calendar year for its consulting services under the Asset Management Agreements, which includes $0.25 million related to the Non- Controlled Subsidiaries.

Related to Final Project Schedule

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Approved Project Budget means the most recent statement, approved by the FTA, of the costs of the Project, the maximum amount of Federal assistance for which the TJPA is currently eligible, the specific tasks (including specified contingencies) covered, and the estimated cost of each task.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Budget means the budget and project description included in the grant application. The Project Budget must succinctly describe all major elements of project work, the estimated cost of each, and clearly allocate requested grant funding and match contributions to each.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;

  • Project Scope means the description or activity of work to be accomplished on the Project.

  • Project area budget means a multiyear projection of annual or cumulative

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
