Fit-Out Works definition

Fit-Out Works means collectively the Fit Out Category A Works and the Fit Out Category B Works or any of them as the context so requires.

Fit-Out Works means all works approved by the Licensor to be carried out by the Licensee to the Licenced Area to enable the Licensee to carry out the Permitted Purpose in the Licenced Area;

Fit-Out Works means the necessary renovations, installation, fittings out works to be carried out by the Tenant at its own cost and expenses in the Demised Premises in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Fit-Out Guide supplied by the Landlord or the Building Management Company to the Tenant;

Examples of Fit-Out Works in a sentence

• The Landlord has agreed to allow the Tenant to occupy the Premises as a licensee to carry out the Tenant Works and the Tenant's Fit Out Works and use the Premises before the grant of the Lease for the purposes permitted under the Lease.

• When the Tenant has prepared a specification of the Tenant’s Fit Out Works it shall submit the details to the Landlord for approval.

• The Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent to the Tenant’s Fit Out Works and such consent shall be granted in the form of the Licence for Alterations.

• On and from the Access Date, the Licensor will allow the Licensee and the Licensee’s contractors to have access to the Premises during the Fit Out Period to carry out and complete the Licensee Fit Out Works, subject to the terms of this Licensee and in particular to the Licensee having first complied with the requirements set out under this clause.

More Definitions of Fit-Out Works

Fit-Out Works means the works required to complete and furnish the Property with contents as per the Specification and in compliance with all Statutory Requirements and the Housing (Standards for Rented Houses) Regulations 2019 making the Property ready and fit for occupation for the Permitted Use.

Fit-Out Works has the same meaning as defined in Schedule 2; “Floor Plans” has the same meaning as defined in Schedule 2; “GST” has the same meaning as in the GST Law;

Fit-Out Works means tenant’s Fit-Out works that include any of the following: fixtures, warehouse racking or storage solutions, air conditioning units for the warehouse cooling plant chillers, cold storage and ventilation, lighting or electrical works battery powered UPS, battery charging for M&E equipment, and any loading and unloading equipment attached the Premises (including but not limited to dock levellers, dock seals, canopies, and truck restraints).

Fit-Out Works means that part of the Works specified in the Third Schedule.

Fit-Out Works means the fit out works to be undertaken by the Lessee for installation of Fit Out Phase II described in Article I paragraph 1.6 of this Agreement;

Fit-Out Works means the works in relation to, but not limited to, racking, signs, partitioning and any other installation and any works conducted by or for the Tenant in or on the Premises, but excluding: works to the structure of the Premises; and major alterations to the Services and/or Essential Services;

Fit-Out Works means the works more particularly described and identified in the Licence for Works;
