Free Rent Period definition

Free Rent Period shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule “D”;
Free Rent Period. As defined in Section 3.7.
Free Rent Period is hereby defined as follows: (i) if the Commencement Date is the first day of a calendar month, the Free Rent Period shall be the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the last day of the third (3rd) complete calendar month following the Commencement Date, and (ii) if the Commencement Date is a day other than the first day of a calendar month, the Free Rent Period shall be the period beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the day immediately preceding the day which corresponds numerically to the Commencement Date in the third (3rd) calendar month following the calendar month which contains the Commencement Date (provided that if there is no such numerically corresponding day in such third (3rd) calendar month, the Free Rent Period shall end on the last day of such third (3rd) calendar month).

  • Upon the occurrence of any Default, the Free Rent Period shall immediately expire, and Tenant shall no longer be entitled to any further abatement of Base Rent pursuant to this Section.

Free Rent Period has the meaning set forth in Section 1 of this Lease.
Free Rent Period means the sum of One Hundred Five (105) Days plus the number of days, if any, comprising the Late Delivery Period. The term “Late Delivery Period” shall equal the number of days that elapse, if any, between Adjusted Target Substantial Completion Date and the Delivery Date if the Tenant Improvements have not been substantially completed by the Adjusted Target Substantial Completion Date.
