Full-Time Basis definition

Full-Time Basis means as described in the Addendum, but must include a minimum of 1680 hours per year of patient care providing Government-Funded Health Services for the duration of the Return of Service Term with hours distributed over each year of the term;
Full-Time Basis means what the Participant and the Health Authority determine it to mean as described in the Return of Service Addendum, with approval by the Ministry. The Participant must provide Health Authority identified, Government funded health services for a minimum number of hours distributed equitably over the course of each year of the Term, for the duration of the identified return of service period;
Full-Time Basis means that the individual is devoting the necessary time as determined by the Commissioner to establish a business that will serve as a full-time occupation for that individual.

Examples of Full-Time Basis in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Agreement, except where the Board otherwise determines, a Grantee who, immediately before taking a Company-approved leave of absence, was employed on a Full-Time Basis will be considered employed on a Full-Time Basis during the period of such Company-approved leave.

  • If you have a Termination of Affiliation or cease to be employed on a Full-Time Basis for any reason, including termination by the Company with or without Cause, voluntary resignation, change in employment status from full-time to part-time, death, or Disability, the effect of such Termination of Affiliation or ceasing to be employed on a Full-Time Basis on all or any portion of the RSUs is as provided below.

  • If the Participant requires accommodation for providing services on less than a Full-Time Basis, the duration of the Return of Service period will be increased to a time period that will represent the equivalent of three years of service on a Full-Time Basis.

  • Full-Time Basis means the ability to work and earn more than 80% of Your Indexed Monthly Earnings.

  • In the event that the Participant becomes unable to practice on a Full-Time Basis during the Return of Service term, the running of the Return of Service term will be postponed until such time as the Participant resumes the practice of medicine on a Full-Time Basis.


More Definitions of Full-Time Basis

Full-Time Basis means working 40 or more hours per week, 52 weeks per year (or, in the case of an employee commencing employment after January 1, 2010, each of the weeks of the year after commencing employment), subject to breaks, holidays, vacations and leave in accordance with the terms of employment and the employer’s policies.
Full-Time Basis means that the individual is devoting such amount of time as is determined by the commissioner to be necessary to establish a business which will serve as a full-time occupation for that individual.
