GDPR Data definition

GDPR Data means ‘personal data’ (as defined in Art. 4 of the GDPR) under the GDPR that is made available or supplied by Company to Trend Micro pursuant to these Terms of Service, if and only to the extent that the GDPR applies to Trend Micro with respect to its processing of such Personal Data.

Examples of GDPR Data in a sentence

  • The Contractors GDPR Data Processor Clauses are hereby incorporated in to this Agreement and any Order.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that
