GDPR Data definition

GDPR Data means ‘personal data’ (as defined in Art. 4) under the GDPR that is made available or supplied by Company to Trend Micro pursuant to this Agreement, if and only to the extent that the GDPR applies to Trend Micro with respect to its processing of such Personal Data.
