GDPR Data means ‘personal data’ (as defined in Art. 4) under the GDPR that is made available or supplied by Company to Trend Micro pursuant to this Agreement, if and only to the extent that the GDPR applies to Trend Micro with respect to its processing of such Personal Data.

Examples of GDPR Data in a sentence

  • If APS is Processing Personal Data relating toindividuals located in the EU or otherwise subject to the Data Protection Legislation, (x) APS and the Company shall each comply with all relevant provisions of the Data Protection Legislation, and (y) the nature and extent of such Processing shall be set out in the GDPR Data Protection Schedule of this Agreement.

  • APPENDIX 8Storage, access, transfer and retention of child protection records We follow the principles of record-keeping contained within the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Data Protection Act 2018, the Human Rights Act 1998 and the Freedom of Information Act 2002.

  • Under Data Protection law, and as a Data Subject for the purpose of the GDPR, Data Subjects have several rights regarding to their personal data.

  • Safeguards relating to GDPR Data Subject Rights are subject to an Authority’s legal obligation not to disclose confidential information pursuant to professional secrecy or other legal obligations.

  • Company acknowledges that Products licensed hereunder may utilize applications, tools, and procedures to, among other things, receive, collect, transfer, store, and use Company Data (some of which may be GDPR Data and/or Personal Data).

  • Under the GDPR, Data Subjects have more rights than they had under the previous Data Protection Act.

  • We will comply with data protection law which includes the GDPR (Data Protection Laws) applicable in the country in which the Company operates.

Related to GDPR Data

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.
